These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Zen Hypnotherapy & Meditation website (zenhypno.com), our free video library, and our online hypnotherapy and meditation sessions with Valerie. By using our website or booking with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

About our services

We offer online hypnotherapy and meditation designed to support relaxation, mindset and general wellbeing — for example around anxiety and stress, sleep, confidence, habits and weight. Our services are delivered online through guided videos and one-on-one sessions.

Not medical advice

Hypnotherapy and meditation are complementary approaches to wellbeing. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or psychiatric care, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing on this website is medical advice. Results vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome. If you have a medical or mental health condition, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional, and do not stop any prescribed treatment without their guidance. If you are experiencing a crisis or emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 years old to book a session or use our services. By booking, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you give us is accurate. Please do not use hypnosis or meditation recordings while driving or operating machinery, or at any other time you need to stay fully alert.

Free videos

Our free videos are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. They remain our property, and you may not copy, share, resell or publish them without our written permission. To receive them we ask for your name and email, which we handle as described in our Privacy Policy.

Bookings and payments

Clarity calls are free. Paid sessions are charged at the price shown at the time of booking, and payment is taken through our secure third-party payment provider. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and you have selected a time. It is your responsibility to attend at the time you booked and to have a quiet, private space and a stable internet connection.

Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds

If you need to reschedule or cancel a paid session, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment and we will do our best to move it to a time that suits you. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may not be refunded. If you are unhappy with your experience, contact us at our contact form and we will try to make it right.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information, to use our services lawfully and respectfully, and to take responsibility for your own decisions and wellbeing. Hypnotherapy works best when you take part willingly; you remain in control throughout every session.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, videos, recordings, images and branding, belongs to Zen Hypnotherapy & Meditation unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zen Hypnotherapy & Meditation is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of our website, videos or sessions, beyond what cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Our services are provided in good faith and on an “as is” basis.

Links to other websites

Our website may link to or embed content from other websites, such as social media or booking tools. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites, and their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
